CHAVSA Corporate Architecture

CHAVSA Corporate Architecture creates an extensive team of highly qualified professionals, comprising Architects, Engineers and Interior Designers, under a Project Leader responsible for Project communication and coordination with the client.
The Project is divided into four clearly defined Phases:

PHASE 1. REQUIREMENTS
The aim of this phase is to understand the Project’s objectives. All functional, economic and technical needs will be defined, as will the scope of the Project.

PHASE 2. FUNCTIONAL SPECIFICATIONS
The aim of this phase is to break down the functional requirements into functional specifications. This phase will also assess the adaptation of the Project to current legislation, and how the planning will be redefined.
PHASE 3. DESIGN
In this phase solutions for the functional requirements will be presented and evaluated with the client, and a final solution will be decided. Documentation will be delivered for the correct space-type definition.

PHASE 4. EXECUTION
As Project managers, we provide personalized integrated treatment on each job, contributing best practices as proven in our experience to guarantee the execution of the Project within the necessary timeframe.

In short, we integrate knowledge and responsibilities into a global design for the building, considering the users’ needs and the operational functionality of the space available throughout its useful life, to create more productive and more efficient spaces.
